The Investigative Resource Center (IRC) is designed to provide efficient and comprehensive access to research and investigation related sites on the web.

Since July 1995, Investigative Resources International has maintained the IRC as a service to the investigative and legal communities.

The site provides organized access to records on a state by state and country by country basis.

We continue to update and improve the IRC  with selected links to searchable databases and open source research sites and tools.

The IRC is free and maintained for the use of individuals conducting investigative research on the world wide web.

Registration is required to access the IRC.
